I wish people recognized that this is part of an extremely necessary and long overdue gender balancing process. Why should women get to take on more masculine characteristics and roles while men are denied the opportunities of being more “feminine,” “herbivorous” or however else you want to call it. It all boils down to the same phenomena: gender balancing. Now if only theses characteristics could become widely accepted and were allowed to reach into domestic settings, just as women have prospered in the workplace, the low birthrates of our generation might be overcome.
