Waiting for Uncle Sugar

There's more and more evidence that the $850 billion bailout bill and other government actions are actually delaying the needed restructuring of the financial system and the housing market that we'll need to get out of the current financial crisis. People are waiting to see if they can get a better deal from the government before doing anything.
